The ITIL Practitioner's Examinations test for your ability to design an ITIL process and to carry out the activities that belong to it. Approved courses at the Practitioner level go further than theory alone, are practical in nature and provide both assignments and exams that are based on the actual performance of tasks. In order to qualify for a Practitioner's Certificate you must have successfully completed the Foundation Certificate, passed the in-course assignments provided by an accredited training provider and receive a passing grade on the final certification exam.
The Practitioner's Certificate in IT Service Management is intended for people who have the responsibility in one or more of the processes in IT Service Management.
