Recognizing the increase in demand for ITIL within North America and realizing the need to improve their international services for both candidates and course providers, EXIN and Loyalist College formed a strategic partnership to service the IT and business community within North America.

Loyalist College organizes EXIN's paper-based ITIL examinations in the United States and Canada. Loyalist is working closely with EXIN and the itSMF to form North American exam panels to review the exams, to provide translation support and to organize and train a team of professionals for the marking of candidate papers.

EXIN

Loyalist College of Applied Arts and Technology
As EXIN's North American academic partner, Loyalist College manages the maintenance, translation, marking and awarding of ITIL certificates in Canada and the United States of America. Loyalist facilitates the accreditation process and auditing of Accredited Training Organizations to ensure the continuity and quality of the programs being delivered. Loyalist College does not provide ITIL training. Building on its academics and corporate training experience, Loyalist College is able to provide an independent and objective assessment service no matter where students have followed their studies.
