Professional Qualifications in IT Service Management

     EXIN (the Examination Institute for Information Science) works closely with the ISEB, the CCTA and the itSMF to ensure a common standard for internationally recognized certification in IT Service Management.

     EXIN has developed three levels of IT Service Management qualifications that you can pursue. The syllabus of these certifications is taken from the Service Delivery and Service Support elements of ITIL and complies with ISO 9001 Quality Standards.


     To prepare for the examinations, we recommend you contact one of the many Training Organizations listed on this web site.

     By successfully completing your examination you have proven your knowledge and skills at the level of the specified competency area. To assist you in promoting your commitment to Best Practices in IT Service Manager, you will receive:

- A Certificate issued jointly by Loyalist College and EXIN

- the ITIL Logo Pin

- A detail of your final results
